For some reason, I feel like I need to apologize for not being here and getting other bloggers to come and blog here for me. It’s not that im totally somewhat lazy, its that I’m going kind of insane researching stuff for my novel.
I know what youre thinking, why are you putting so much thought into this novel if its not going to get published or anything big? And my answer is because I dont want to aim low for this. This will be my first novel and although its only 50,ooo words that is still an accomplishment to me and something that I can cross off my 43 things list website thingie.
So if you come across this blog thru your reader or somewhere, dont expect much from it because my mind will be elsewhere and not on here. I’m pretty sure I’ll hardly tweet.. and if I do.. it will be NaNo related, I still <3 you all. And I’m sure that I’ll turn into a spider, just being in a corner with my laptop typing away (not that spiders have laptops) and keeping to myself.
Oh Thanksgiving should be so awesome. End sarcasm here. If I end up going to a family member’s house Ill let them know in advance that I will be bringing my laptop along so they wont harbor any ‘i hate you feelings’ for me just nodding along to their comments about how my laptop is attached to me now. And what sucks is that early this year, I had planned on making our own Thanksgiving here at my apartment. Just my daughter, husband, and me with a burnt turkey on the table, store bought pumpkin pie and steamed veggies from a bag.
So that’s all for now. And if you get bored because my posts dont make any sense, just read old posts (I recommend the guest blogging categories because its filled with hilarious posts written by awesome people) and if you want to guest post for me and be awesome like them, send me an email. Or you can just read the blog that I have on my Blogroll tab up there on the top.
Toodles.
